I think we can all agree that this is a very annoying "feature" of Steam to force us to have to download demos in our Discovery Queue. (1) click to download the demo to start or queue the download, So the workaround that worked for me is to The problem *seems* to be caused by game demos (or Game Pages that have a downloadable Demo on it) expecting/forcing you to download the demo before allowing you to proceed in the Discovery Queue. WORKAROUND SOLUTION: Here's the workaround to fix it that I just figured out today.
so you go around in an endless loop? If you are experiencing this same problem, then the following workaround will likely work for you too. PROBLEM: Is your Discovery Queue "stuck" and Steam doesn't show you the orange "Next in Queue" button (so you can go to the next item) and instead is shows the blue "View Queue" button which brings you back to the Discovery Queue. I had this same problem with Ghostrunner.
